A non refundable deposit of 15% of total booking fee for all major NEC shows. A cancellation fee of 10% on major shows if cancelled within 2 weeks of booking. All other bookings a £12.00 non refundable deposit per room per day is required.

Payment can be settled by credit card with a 2% sur charge, debit card, cheque or cash. No American Express.

There is a 48hr cancellation policy on general bookings. Less than 48 hrs notice the whole of booking amount must be paid in full. On major NEC shows there is a 7 day cancellation fee and the full amount must be paid if less than 7 days' notice is given.
